The American 7243-10100F Auto Tie Baler is a rebuilt, high-performance recycling and trash equipment ideal for handling substantial volumes. It features a wide-mouth design with a 72" x 42" feed opening supported by a robust 10" cylinder and a powerful shear blade for precise cutting. Equipped with two 50hp power units operating at 460 volts, this baler ensures efficient processing. Designed to produce bales measuring 42" x 42" with variable lengths, it is set up for bulk wire stems, optimized for streamlined bundling. Though it does not include a fluffer or conveyor, its design supports effective material compaction and ejection. Rebuilt in 2019, this unit has enhanced features, including a relined bale chamber, new ram liners, rebuilt cylinder and tier, new oil coolers, and rebuilt pumps with rewound motors. Previously operational before removal from service, this baler offers reliable performance.
