PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM WILL REDUCE YOUR DOWNTIME
Every piece of equipment in your facility is critical to the successful recycling operation. Over time the day-to-day wear takes a toll and the equipment starts to wear, making it less effective. A preventive maintenance program will reduce cost, increase productivity, and save wasted labor.

It’s a fact, that a preventative maintenance program can prevent downtime and delays in production. If you don’t have a PM Program, your business is more reactive, rather than proactive.
OUR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
The key for a successful preventative maintenance program is to work with the client. We first develop a schedule for your preventative maintenance inspections. Once the inspection schedule is established, the work begins. All inspections will be calendared and scheduled for the first 12-months.

WHAT A PM PROGRAM INSPECTION WILL ENTAIL:
- The Tech will report to the site of the inspection on the pre-arranged date and report to the appropriate site contact.
- The Tech will check all switches and photo eyes to assure that they are operating to manufacturers specifications.
- The Tech will clean areas where build-up occurs that can cause interruption to service.
- Minor adjustments will be made during the inspection, as necessary.
- Any irregular wear patterns and/or recommended repairs will be reported to the stated site contact and communicated in writing to management.
- Customers are asked to authorize up to $500.00 budget for parts and service for each machine during the PM Inspection.
- A complete set of photographs including the machine identification tag and all items that require attention will be sent with each PM inspection report.
- All PM Inspections are based on Manufacturers specifications.
Our fully trained and experiences technicians will do everything they can to get you back into production quickly.
