Harris HRB 10A Horizontal

The refurbished Harris HRB 10A horizontal baler is designed for efficient recycling and trash processing. It features a robust 16-inch main cylinder delivering 352 tons of force and a 12-inch eject cylinder with 198 tons of force, ensuring optimal compression. The machine is powered by two 100 HP motors, complemented by a recirculation motor and pump for effective operation. The charge hopper has dimensions of 120 inches by 74 inches, accommodating large volumes of material, while producing bales sized at 65 inches by 45 inches by 31 inches. The refurbishment of this unit includes a complete rebuild of the main ram and eject cylinders, reline of the entire machine, and installation of a new Accent 470 wire tier. The pumps have been inspected and rebuilt as necessary, with repairs made to hydraulic hard pipes and replacement of hoses where required. The unit has also been freshly painted to enhance its appearance and durability. This meticulous refurbishing process ensures reliable performance and longevity of the equipment.
