Eidal Dual Shaft Shredder with Conveyors

The Eidal Dual Shaft Shredder, equipped with conveyors, is a robust piece of recycling and trash equipment with a used status. It is powered by a combined 130 HP, utilizing two 50 kW motors, and operates on 460V. This shredder offers significant processing capabilities with its large 72" x 72" opening, designed to handle considerable volumes of material efficiently. The shredder is equipped with new knives, enhancing its efficiency and precision. It features a blade size range from 3" to 1", providing flexibility for different shredding requirements. Additionally, it includes a hydraulic ram hold down to ensure stable and secure operation. The system comes complete with an infeed conveyor and two discharge conveyors, one of which is dedicated to recirculation. Further optimizing the shredding process is a built-in classifier for refining materials to 2”. This equipment has been well-maintained and was operational prior to offering.
