Raptor Large Shredding System

The refurbished Raptor Large Shredding System is designed for efficient material processing, incorporating a slew of features to ensure high performance. The system includes a Model 23 Primary Bale Breaker with a 56" x 58" opening and a robust 200 HP closed-loop hydraulic drive. The cutting blades are 3" wide with 3-hook blades, weighing approximately 48,000 lbs. For further processing, the Model 25 Secondary Shredder, with a 60" x 64" opening and a 300 HP drive, complements the primary breaker. This system is composed of various conveyors including a cleated infeed conveyor measuring 48"W x 29'L with 10 HP, and a discharge conveyor of 48"W x 12'L with 7.5 HP, among others. It also features a transition conveyor equipped with a magnetic head pulley and a crossbelt magnet to enhance material separation. Integrated into the system is an Action Vibratory Screener measuring 5' x 24', adding another layer of material sorting efficiency. Additional components such as an Eddy Current Separator, Allen Bradley PLC, and 12 E-Stops ensure safe and reliable operation. While designed for high-capacity applications, the system has only been in operation for 6 months, offering near-new condition and performance.
