The 2012 Vecoplan VAZ 800 Shredder System is a robust solution designed for efficiently shredding paper materials and includes comprehensive recycling equipment. This system features a Vecoplan Single Rotary Shredder with a 20 HP motor running on 460 volts, offering a slow speed but high torque, which is ideal for processing sizable loads without compromising on power. The shredder is managed by PLC controls and includes a precision hydraulic “Process Ram” for optimal shredding performance. Additionally, the system includes a factory infeed conveyor measuring 20 feet in length and 24 inches in width, facilitating the smooth entry of materials into the shredder. The Patz Hockey Stick conveyor, with a total length of 20 feet and an 18-foot incline, features a 24-inch belt, ensuring efficient material transport. The configuration also includes a Harmony 60” Vertical Baler (Model M60-STD, manufactured in 2013) powered by a 10 HP motor operating at 208 volts, further enhancing the system's capability to manage shredded materials effectively. Previously used to shred paper, this system remains in excellent condition, ensuring reliability and consistent performance.
