Conair Dry Cooler with 30Ton WC Cooler

This used Conair Dry Cooler with a 30 Ton WC Chiller is designed for efficient cooling performance. It offers a 29.8-ton capacity, capable of cooling 63.4 gallons per minute (gpm) of water from 71.3 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit, using 89 gpm of 85-degree cooling water. This unit includes a copper-brazed stainless steel plate evaporator, equipped with a water inlet strainer, and a 30 HP Copeland Discus semi-hermetic reciprocating refrigerant compressor. The chiller utilizes R-134A refrigerant and includes a shell and tube type condenser with adequate safety and control features. Accompanied by the Conair PT1400 pump tank, this system features a dual compartment 1400-gallon tank. It is equipped with reliable pumps, like the North American Electric and Elektrimax models, ranging from 7.5 HP to 15 HP, operating at voltages suitable for most industrial setups. Additionally, spare pumps, including Baldor and US Electrical Motors models, are provided to ensure continuous operation and maintenance flexibility. The unit has been reconditioned in 2004 and features an Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC for monitoring and control, ensuring optimized and reliable operation. The inclusion of safety controls and a NEMA 12 electrical control panel ensures robust and efficient cooling for various industrial applications.
