2022 American Pulverizer Pre-Shredder/Conveyor System

The 2022 American Pulverizer Pre-Shredder with Hustler Feed Conveyor is a robust recycling and trash equipment ideal for processing aluminum products such as sheets and UBC. Equipped with a powerful 400 HP motor, this model is approximately two years old and features a 75" x 71" feed opening. Its low-speed operation minimizes the generation of fines while efficiently ripping bales into pieces suitable for feeding into a secondary hammermill. Complementing the shredder, the system includes a 60" wide by 80' long Hustler steel beaded pan conveyor, complete with a hood and chute, driven by a 30 HP motor. This setup ensures a seamless material flow for continuous processing. Additional features include a 5 HP cooler and a 1 kW heater, enhancing the equipment's operational efficiency. The equipment is currently in production and will be available for acquisition in December.
