EnduraVeyor 600B Infeed Slide Belt

The used EnduraVeyor 600B Infeed Slide Belt is a robust conveyor system built with a 10-gauge, bolt-together frame construction. This slider bed belt model has a 6" pulley diameter, extending 12 feet in length, and features an incline angle of 29 degrees. Designed with an effective width of 18 inches, it includes a black PVC120 conveyor belt equipped with 2-inch high Endura-cleats spaced at 48-inch centers, providing efficient material movement. The conveyor is equipped with a powerful 2 HP, 460V/3-phase motor, achieving belt speeds of 100 feet per minute, with a live load capacity of 455 pounds. It features a shaft mount with a right-hand side drive and includes start/stop controls along with two emergency stop buttons for safety. The infeed height is at an adjustable 0" bottom of frame, with a discharge height of 69-7/8". Both side skirts and bottom pans provide additional stability during operation. This system is further enhanced with black side guides, reinforced 72" long beds, infeed guides, and a hinged end, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
