The Marathon-Nexgen TR-450-102-W Galaxy is a powerful horizontal baler designed for industrial use. Featuring two robust 100 HP motors, this baler is equipped with a large 101 5/8” x 57 3/4” feed opening and a 12” cylinder, making it efficient for handling sizeable material loads. Despite only having 2,000 operational hours, plans are in place for a comprehensive rebuild to ensure optimal performance. Upon receipt of a 10% deposit the rebuild will commence. It includes the installation of a new PLC, touchscreen interface, and wire tie system. Additionally, the main cylinder will be rebuilt, and new blades and shims will be fitted to enhance cutting efficiency. The existing liners maintain 75% of their life, providing further assurance of longevity and reliability.
