The design includes adjustable 12" sides to support various operations, while the 6" diameter feed roll with bearings allows for easy belt alignment. Powered by a 2.0 HP motor with a gearbox, the system employs an 8" diameter drive roller connected through a reliable chain/sprocket mechanism. The conveyance height ranges from 6" at the base to approximately 135" at the exit, facilitating smooth material flow. The 60" wide feed hopper, positioned 42" from the floor, optimizes compatibility with box dumpers. Additionally, the unit offers a practical 12" adjustment range on the legs, with front legs strategically set back 80" to accommodate a Vecoplan Shredder. Built for durability, this conveyor comes with a two-year warranty on the motor and gearbox. It operates on a 460V, 3-phase, 60Hz power supply and requires a lead time of 4-6 weeks for construction upon deposit.
