The Harmony T60-XDRC Vertical Baler, complete with a 48-inch rear hopper and conveyor system, offers efficient waste management with advanced features. Equipped with a robust 10-inch cylinder and twin torque tubes, it provides substantial power to handle large volumes. The baler operates on a 20 HP motor, achieving an efficient cycle time of 30 seconds (no load), and exerts 146 PSI on the ram face. It includes a large 100-gallon oil reservoir and a heavy-duty piston pump, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. This machine is designed with durability in mind, featuring beefy conveyor cleats that are 38% thicker than standard ones, and a computer-engineered frame to withstand significant force. Safety and user-friendliness are prioritized with standard retractable bale dogs, dual hydraulic bale ejectors, and eight slots for easy banding or tying of bales. An automatic bale height shutoff with an indicator light simplifies operation, while its electrical controls are housed in NEMA 12 enclosures and are UL listed. The Harmony T60-XDRC can produce bales measuring 30”x 60” x 48”, with a bale weight of approximately 1,500 pounds for OCC materials. The feed opening measures 25"x 60", allowing the baler to handle X-Large volumes, with a substantial ram force of 235,620 pounds.
