The American Baler 7242AT960 is a used economy-grade, horizontal auto tie baler, designed for efficient processing of corrugated materials. Featuring a feed opening of 72” x 41” and capable of producing bales up to 42” x 42” x 72”, this machine is built to handle substantial volumes, generating bales weighing up to 2,200 lbs. It operates with a robust 9” cylinder and exerts a total baling force of 185,000 lbs, driven by a 60HP motor and equipped with a full regenerative circuit for improved cycle times. This unit boasts a quick 22-second cycle time and can process up to 7.5 tons of material per hour. The inclusion of an oil cooler and Allen-Bradley programmable controls ensures reliable and efficient operation, while the Ambaco auto-tier system enhances baling automation.
