The Vecoplan RG-52 / Cumberland 50B shredding system is a complete used setup designed for efficient material processing. The Vecoplan RG-52 shredder features a cutting chamber measuring 52" x 58" and houses 37 cutters, powered by a 50 HP motor and supported by a hydraulic ram for enhanced material handling. This shredder is paired with the Cumberland 50B granulator, which boasts a powerful 150 HP motor, making it suitable for intensive granulation tasks. Included in the setup are auxiliary components such as a Gaylord box dumper for material handling, a shredder infeed conveyor, and a discharge conveyor to streamline the operational flow. A crossbelt magnet is integrated to remove any ferrous contaminants, ensuring the purity of processed materials. Additionally, a blower and filling station are provided for material transport and storage needs.
