The 1999 Columbus-McKinnon Tire Shredder System is a comprehensive setup ideal for shredding both truck and automobile tires. It features a 250 HP motor operating at 480 volts, providing robust performance. The system employs dual-speed shredding with a cut size of 3.2 inches, utilizing side-by-side knives measuring 1.6 inches. The shredding efficiency depends on the screen size and type of material fed. It has a compact footprint of 9 feet wide by 12 feet long. Included with the system is a Large Action Screener that articulates at a stroke of 1 1/8 inches and operates at 451 RPM. It comes equipped with a 2-inch screen, plus an additional 1-inch screen, measuring 80 inches wide by 84 inches high. The system also includes an Action Vibratory Table measuring 48 inches in height and width, with a length of 11 feet. The system incorporates multiple conveyors, all featuring durable rubber belts. The infeed conveyor is 60 inches wide and 30 feet long, accompanied by an outfeed conveyor, recirculating conveyor, and extra conveyor, each measuring 41 inches wide and 30 feet long.
