SEMS Nelmor G2238 Granulator System

The SEMS Nelmor G2238 Granulator System is a robust piece of equipment powered by a 100 HP motor operating at 460 V. This system features a rear in-feed with an air transport inlet, leading to a 22” x 38” cutting chamber facilitated by a 1 HP hydraulic assist. The rotor, equipped with 5 solid knives, works with D2 tool steel bed knives arranged in 2 positions. The granulator also includes a 1/2” screen with a manual hydraulic drop-down cradle for ease of use. This used system is mounted on a large base measuring 97” x 76” and is complemented by a 10” OD airveyor for discharge, though controls are not included. For enhanced functionality, the system is equipped with additional components such as a #9 blower powered by a 15HP motor, a #11 cyclone and associated stand, a filter head, and a connecting pipe measuring 10” in diameter and approximately 10 feet long. A soft starter for the 100 HP motor is also part of the package, along with a 15 HP interlocked blower starter.
