The Vecoplan VAZ 1100 XL Shredder Stack System is a robust, used industrial setup designed for efficient size reduction across various materials, including plastics, wood residue, trim blocks, and medical waste. The system features a 100 HP Vecoplan shredder with a substantial 20-inch rotor and an opening size of 52” x 58”. This machine operates at 460 V and is equipped with 90 cutters and a hydraulic ram powered by a 5 HP motor with VFD speed control. It includes a close-tolerance screen with a 1.25-inch size for more precise output. The system comes with a 75 HP Rotogran Granulator featuring an opening size of 14” x 24”, complete with rotor knives arranged in five rows and bed knives arranged in two rows. This granulator also includes twin flywheels and a magnetic plate, enhancing its capability to process a broad range of materials. Complementing the shredder and granulator is an extensive infeed conveyor, measuring 40” wide and 30' long, though it requires a motor for operation. There is a blower and cyclone included to aid in the material handling process.
