The Veco plan VAZ 1300 XL Shredder Stack System is a robust and efficient setup designed for size reduction tasks across various materials such as plastics, wood, cardboard, and medical waste. The system includes a VAZ 1300 rotary shredder, featuring a rotor length of approximately 51 inches and a diameter of 20 inches, achieving speeds between 120 and 145 RPM. It operates with a powerful 100 HP motor with a fluid turbo-coupling clutch configuration, although currently, it requires a motor replacement. With dimensions of approximately 125 inches in length, 93 inches in width, and 59 inches in height, the system weighs between 9,500 and 10,500 lbs. The shredder is equipped with a hopper opening of 52 by 58 inches, capable of handling 3.75 cubic yards of material. A hydraulic ram powered by a 5 HP motor, along with VFD speed control, facilitates efficient material processing, complemented by a close tolerance screen size of 1.25 inches. Additionally, the setup includes a Roto gran Granulator powered by a 75 HP motor. It features an opening size of 14 by 24 inches, 20 rotor knives arranged in 5 rows, and 4 bed knives in 2 rows. The system incorporates a magnetic plate and twin flywheels, enhancing its processing capabilities. For convenience, the machine is compatible with 460V, 3-phase electrical supply and includes a blower/cyclone system.
