The 2017 PTR 7200HD-8 Deep Chamber Vertical Baler is a robust and heavy-duty machine designed for efficient waste management operations. It is equipped with a 20 HP motor and features an 8-inch cylinder size, delivering a significant working force of 155,825 lbs. The machine's impressive capabilities allow for bale sizes of 72" x 42" x 48", with bale weights ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 lbs, suitable for various industrial applications. With dimensions of 86" x 51" x 159", this baler is engineered for reliability, boasting a durable construction with a ship weight of 10,000 lbs. The baler's average cycle time is 34 seconds, maximizing operational efficiency. It operates with a maximum system pressure of 3,400 psi and relief pressure, ensuring consistent performance in demanding environments. The baler's chamber measures 42" x 72", and it features a 4-inch cylinder rod with a 48" stroke. Currently, one of the baler's cylinders has been freshly rebuilt with a one-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind and continued operation.
